Professor Ralph Clifford has been elected to the position of Vice-Chair on the Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals. Professor Clifford teaches property, intellectual property, and cyber law, and he is appointed to the board for a five-year term. The Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing all zoning-based requests within the town, including applications for a special permit or variance. The board also hears administrative appeals from the decisions of the building department to grant or deny building permits.
