Moonlight Breakfast
About Moonlight Breakfast
During each session, faculty and staff serve a special late-night breakfast to students and pack the evening with fun festivities, raffles, and giveaways.
But Moonlight Breakfast is about more than breakfast for dinner. It's also about giving hard-working students a chance to take a study break, connect with their people, and celebrating semester’s end. The theme for the spring 2025 Moonlight Breakfast is Arnie's Castaway Island!

Faculty & Staff Volunteering
One of the highlights of the Moonlight Breakfast is the faculty and staff who volunteer to help with the event, and we need 40 volunteers to make the magic happen. Students love interacting with faculty and staff in such a unique way.
Complete the volunteer form by Tuesday, April 29.
To help track participation for the Carnegie Classification for Engaged Communities, we’re using Corsair Engage to log volunteer hours. It’s quick and easy—just use the code word "MOONLIGHT" when you sign up.
Volunteers will receive confirmation with details about your shift, arrival time, and a brief orientation.
Are you a student looking to volunteer?
While we appreciate you looking for a chance to pitch in at Moonlight Breakfast, we hope students will instead use the opportunity to take a break.
Be sure to check out the Leduc Center for Civic Engagement and Corsair Engage to find other ways to get involved.
